By registering on this portal, drivers and companies agree to abide by these terms of use governing employment facilitation services.
2. Eligibility
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence issued in India. Companies must possess valid GST and PAN registration to post job listings.
3. Accurate Information
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents submitted. Fraudulent profiles will be suspended without notice.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
The portal facilitates connections between drivers and employers but does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
5. Free Usage for Drivers
Registration and job applications remain free for drivers. Companies may be subject to service terms as determined by the Department of Transport.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Department of Transport, Government of Jharkhand shall not be liable for disputes arising between drivers and employers post-placement.
